My youngest daughter LOVES drinkable yogurt. She will go through so many in one day, but I hate how full of preservatives and sugar they are. I made these as a healthy alternative to those yummy drinkable yogurts all kids love!
Banana Berry Drinkable Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and bananas
- 2 tb. milk
- 2 tb. honey if older than 12 months, pure maple syrup if younger than a year
Instructions
- Blend all of your ingredients into the Baby Bullet blender until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
These would also make great popsicles!
